Section 7(1)(ii) in Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2015

(ii)In case suitable candidates having minimum qualifications as per (i) are not available in the district, Selection Committee can recommend candidates having (a) graduate degree in subjects mentioned in sub para (i) and experience for at least five years;
