(2)The naib-tahsildar shall visit each and every village in his circle within one revenue year ending September 30. In exceptional cases, the period may however, be extended to two years with the previous permission of the Commissioner of the division. The tahsildar shall name in advance the villages to be visited by the naib-tahsildar every month for purpose of coupon collection and ensure that no village is left out at the end of the year or before the expiry of the period if it has been extended by the Commissioner.
