Section 2 in The M.P. Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liye Arakshan) Rules, 1998
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires :-(a)"Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Lok Seva (Anusuchit Jatiyon, Anusuchit Jan Jatiyon Aur Anya Pichhade Vargon Ke Liye Arakshan) Adhiniyam, 1994 (No. 21 of 1994);(b)"Schedule" means the Schedule appended to these rules;(c)"Section" means a section of the Act.
