Section 1(3) in The United Provinces Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Act, 1949
(3)This section shall come into force at once and the remaining sections on such date and in such areas as the [State Government] [Substituted by the A.O. 1950.] may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
