(3)The Registrar shall, on receipt of the result sheet from the Returning Officer, proceed to issue a certificate directing in the said certificate the employer or employers concerned to grant recognition to the Trade Union as the sole bargaining agent or principal bargaining agent, as the case may be, in relation to the industrial establishment or class of industry in a local area, as the case may be, in Form M or Form MM as may be appropriate.
