(1)Annual Medical Examination for fitness for each member of the canteen staff who handles foodstuffs shall be carried out by the Factory Medical Officer or the Certifying Surgeon, which should include the following:-(i)Chest X-Ray,(ii)Routine blood examination,(iii)Routine and bacteriological testing of faeces and urine for germs of dysentry and typhoid fever.
