Section 9(3) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(3)Any land acquired, purchased or received as a gift by the University shall be free from encroachment, any kind of encumbrances, and free from all suits or appeals or proceeding of whatever nature. The Title of such land shall be deemed to be a free and clear title once it is acquired by the University.
