Section 46(1) in The Maharashtra Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2002

(1)A Complaint Box shall be kept in every institution. The box shall be kept in the dormitory of the kids and the keys of the same shall be with the District Women and Child Development Officer.
