Section 16(1) in The first statutes of the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, 2017
(1)The service of a temporary employee shall be liable to termination at any time by notice in writing given either by the employee to the appointing authority, or by the appointing authority to the employee and the period of such notice shall be one month, unless otherwise agreed to by the Institute and the employee.
