- The procedure for the constitution and the meetings of the Board shall be as follows, namely:-5. Authentication of orders and decisions of the Board.
- All orders and decisions of the Board shall be authenticated by the signature of the Registrar or any other person authorised by the Board in this behalf.6. Senate.
7. Finance Committee.
8. Building and Works Committee.
9. Chairman.
10. Director.
11. Deputy Director.
12. Deans.
13. Classification of the employees of the Institute.
14. Appointments.

2. The Selection Committee for appointments to the posts reserved for Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe and OBC candidates shall include one SC/ST member and one OBC member, respectively, from a panel approved by the Director.

- A Contributory Provident Fund-cum-Gratuity Scheme, a General Provident Fund-cum-Pension-cum-Gratuity Scheme and a Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (new pension scheme effective from 1st day of January 2004) shall be constituted, maintained and administered for the employees of the Institute.19. Vacation and Leave.
20. Residential Accommodation for Staff.
- The employees of the Institute shall be eligible for allotment of a house within the campus of the Institute, if available.21. Travelling Allowance.
