Section 9(9) in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff for Wheeling and Retail Sale of Electricity) Regulation, 2005
9.2The Commission shall approve the Resource Plan as per the Guidelines on Load Forecast, Resource Plan (Distribution Plan and Power Procurement Plan) and the Distribution Licensee shall adopt them in the Multi-Year and Annual filings for the Control Period.
