9. Resource Plan.
- 9.1 The Distribution Licensee shall file for Commission's approval a Resource Plan on 1st April of the year preceding the first year of Control Period. The Resource Plan shall inter alia, contain the Sales Forecast, Load Forecast, Power Procurement. Plan and a Distribution Plan (Capital Investment Plan) consistent with the requirement of the Commission's Guidelines on Load Forecast and Resource Plan (Distribution Plan and Power Procurement Plan) as amended from time to time:Provided that the Resource Plan for the first Control Period may be filed along with the Multi-year filings for ARR of the first Control Period.9.2The Commission shall approve the Resource Plan as per the Guidelines on Load Forecast, Resource Plan (Distribution Plan and Power Procurement Plan) and the Distribution Licensee shall adopt them in the Multi-Year and Annual filings for the Control Period.
