47. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, as occasion, may require, by order, do anything which appears to them to be necessary for he purpose of removing the difficulty.(2)[Sub-section (2) about orders being placed on the Table of the Houses of the Legislature was omitted by the Tamil Nadu Land Improvement Schemes (Amendment) Act, 1965 (Tamil Nadu Act IV of 1965) which inserted new section 47-A in that behalf].
