Section 19(4) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(4)Sessional marks shall not be added to the marks obtained in any subject in any examination conducted by the Board, but shall directly be added to the grand total or aggregate and considered for division :Provided that this regulation shall not be applicable to the Secondary Technical Certificate.
