Section 14(1) in The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-Sciences, Bangalore Regulations, 2013
(1)The term of office of a member, other than the ex officio members of the Governing Body and those nominated under clauses (j) and (k) of regulation 12, shall be for three years subject to his continuance as a member of the Institute and an outgoing member shall be eligible for re-election or re-nomination only once.
