Section 27(1) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(1)A diploma or certificate on the form prescribed by the Board bearing the signatures (facsimile stamp) of the Chairman and the Secretary shall be issued through the principal of the respective institutions to a candidate who has been declared to have passed the Final Examination provided that no fresh diploma shall be issued to a candidate who passes an examination under Regulation 28, but an endorsement in such a case shall be made on the original diploma itself.
