Section 22(3) in Model Rules, 2011 under Bengal Ferries Act, 1885
(3)The depth shall be measured in Meters from the under side of the deck beam amidships to the upper side of the floor ceiling plank, where no ceiling plank is fitted ,the measurement shall be taken to the upper side of the keel;
