Section 18(1) in The Assam Co-operative Societies Act, 1949
(1)A full true and accurate statement of his assets including his immovable properties and liabilities shall be furnished-(a)by an applicant for membership of a registered society with unlimited liability, together with his application;(b)by a member of registered society with unlimited liability when required to do so by the Registrar or any person authorised by him in this behalf or by the affiliating society.
