Section 45(1) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1987 (No. 20 of 1987), or the statutes, regulations and orders made thereunder, on and from the commencement of this Adhiniyam, the Colleges mentioned in the Schedule shall stand transferred to-, and maintained by, the Vishwavidyalaya as constituent college and institutions alongwith the movable and immovable property of the Vishwavidyalaya.
