(2)They shall, save as expressly provided otherwise, apply to and in relation to all cinemas in the State of Madhya Pradesh.Note. - Detailed construction, interpretation and comments are given under the M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1952, Sections 2, 3, 5 & 9.
