Section 1 in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
1. Short title and application.-
(1)These rules may be called The Madhya Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972.(2)They shall, save as expressly provided otherwise, apply to and in relation to all cinemas in the State of Madhya Pradesh.Note. - Detailed construction, interpretation and comments are given under the M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1952, Sections 2, 3, 5 & 9.
