Section 85(1) in The Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957
(1)Not more than 200 lb. of cinema film shall be stored in the premises to which the licence relates, unless a specific licence has been obtained from the Chief Inspector of Explosives in India as required by the Cinematograph Film Rules, 1948.
