1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"(i). Issue a suitable direction to the court below to hear and decide the Case No. 1364 of 2022 (Durgawati Vs. Dinesh Kumar) pending before Civil Judge (Junior Division), Basgaon, Gorakhpur expeditiously within short span of time."
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid case is pending since 2022. Therefore, a direction may be issued to Civil Judge (Junior Division), Basgaon, Gorakhpur to decide the case at the earliest.
4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Civil Judge (Junior Division), Basgaon, Gorakhpur to decide Case No. 1364 of 2022 expeditiously in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
