- On the first working day of each week the Amin shall submit to each court in the execution of the orders of which he has been employed :-(1)a return in Form No. 113 of the sums realized by him under the orders of the court during the preceding week ; and(2)a statement in Form No. 114 of the movable property attached under the orders of the court remaining in his custody or in that of an intermediate custodian at the close of the preceding week; or if such property has been previously entered in a similar statement, a reference to the serial number and date under which it was entered in such statement.
