Section 5(60) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(60)"water connection" includes-(a)any tank, cistern, hydrant, stand pipe, meter or lap situated on private property and connected with a water-main or pipe belonging to the corporation;(b)the water pipe connecting such tanks, cistern, hydrant, stand pipe, meter or lap with such water-main or pipe;
