Section 21(1) in The Orissa Taxation (On Goods carried by Roads or Inland Waterways) Act, 1968
(1)No suit shall be brought in any Civil Court to set aside or modify any assessment made or orders passed or purporting to have been made or order passed under the provisions of this Act, and no prosecution, suit or other proceeding shall lie against any officer for anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
