46. investigation of Security accident or incident.
(1)The Commissioner may order investigation of any Security accident or Security incident and appoint an Officer not below the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Security as inquiry Officer.(2)The inquiry Officer shall, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the defaulting person, make a report to the Commissioner who should forward the same to the Central Government
