(2)Basement may be put to only the following uses: -(a)storage of household or other goods of ordinary non combustible material;(b)strong rooms, banks cellars etc;(c)air conditioning equipment and other machines used for services and utilities of building subject to satisfaction of the Authority;(d)parking spaces and(e)air conditioned shopping which will then be counted in FAR.
