Section 29(1) in Sher-I-Kashmir Universities of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Act, 1982
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, Resident Instruction in the University, shall include Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral Degree Programmes and short term diploma courses in the disciplines of Agriculture, Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Home Science and other allied sciences which may be prescribed.
