Section 11(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Single Window (Industrial Investments and Business Facilitation) Act, 2018
(1)In order to comply with the provisions of the relevant laws, every applicant shall furnish requisite information with self-certification, in such form as shall be prescribed, at the time of submitting the e-application.
