11. Self-Certification by the Applicants.
(1)In order to comply with the provisions of the relevant laws, every applicant shall furnish requisite information with self-certification, in such form as shall be prescribed, at the time of submitting the e-application.(2)The self-certification furnished as per sub-section (1) by the applicants shall be accepted by the Competent Authority for the purpose of granting of clearances and giving other benefits to the applicants.
