(1)There shall be a Dean for each Faculty Council who shall be a Professor of the University.(2)The Dean shall be elected by the members of the Faculty Council and shall act as Vice-Chairman of the Faculty Council:Provided that where there is only one Professor under any Faculty Council, such Professor shall be the Dean for such Faculty Council.(3)The Dean shall hold office for such term, and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions, as may be prescribed by Statutes.
