Section 47(1) in The Assam Reorganisation (Meghalaya) Act, 1969
(1)The Legislative Assembly may make rules for regulating, sub-section to the provisions of this Act, its procedure and the conduct of its business including the language or languages to be used in the Legislative Assembly.
