47. Rules of procedure
(1)The Legislative Assembly may make rules for regulating, sub-section to the provisions of this Act, its procedure and the conduct of its business including the language or languages to be used in the Legislative Assembly.(2)Until rules are made under sub -- section (1), the rules or Procedure and standing orders with respect to ht Legislative Assembly of the State of Assam in for case immediately before the commencement of this Act notifications and adaptation as may be therein by the Governor.
