44. Restrictions on Vehicles Carrying Minerals.
- The State Government may lay down reasonable restrictions on the vehicles transporting any minerals and may require them to adhere to certain specifications.Provided further that the State Government may direct the owners of transport vehicles to install GPS devices or such other devices, as it may require and give such directions as it deems fit.
