Section 24(3) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(3)It shall be an International University offering high quality education, teaching, training and an international Institution for the pursuit of intellectual, philosophical, historical, spiritual, profession and vocational studies at all subjects and ,at, all levels and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
