Section 80A(1) in Haryana Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985
(1)Every medical institution which intends to be recognised for the purposes of this chapter, shall apply in the format at Annexure I to the Drug Controller appointed by the Government, who shall convey his decision within three months of the receipt of the application.
