Section 36(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018
(1)After considering the application under regulation 32, with reference to the matters specified in regulation 35, if the Board is satisfied that the applicant is eligible for grant of certificate of registration, grant a certificate in Form G of the First Schedule.
