(13)The present designated Member Trustee of the proposing body shall be the Additional Founder of the University and shall have all such powers, privileges, and honours as of the Founder and shall have the right and power to nominate any (Sic) suitable person as the Additional Founder at his absolute wish, will, and discretion.
