(4)If, in the course of a year, the [Mandal Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] finds it necessary to make any alterations in the budget with regard to its receipts or items of expenditure, a revised or supplemental budget may be framed, submitted and sanctioned or approved as far as may be in the manner provided in sub-Sections (1), (2) and (3).
