Section 26(1) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(1)The Academic Council shall consist of the following members, namely : -Ex-Officio Members -(a)The Vice-Chancellor;(b)The Directors;(c)All Deans of Faculty;(d)All Deans of College;(e)The Registrar-Member Secretary.Other Members -(a)Members not exceeding five, from amongst the Heads of Departments to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor, on rotational basis;(b)Three persons having special knowledge of or practical experience in different aspects of veterinary and animal sciences, preferably representatives of Indian Council of Agricultural Research and Veterinary Council of India to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor.
