Section 40(1) in Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018
(1)If at the time fixed for a meeting of the Executive Committee a quorum is not present, the meeting shall not commence until a quorum is present, and if a quorum is not present on the expiration of an hour from the time fixed for the meeting or during the course of any meeting, the meeting shall stand adjourned to such future date and time as the President may fix,
