Section 4 in Kerala University of Health Sciences Act, 2010
4. Composition of the University.
- The University shall be composed of the following, namely: -(A)Institutions of the University which shall include the following:-(i)School of studies and research in areas as may be decided by the University from time to time;(ii)Constituent Colleges, mainly focusing on undergraduate and post-graduate teaching directly managed by the University;(B)Affiliated colleges, both in the Government and private aided or unaided sectors;(C)Recognised Institutions.
