- 4.1 The construction of any building in respect of which permission has been issued before coming into force of these bye laws, shall, so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of the old bye laws, continue to be validly made and the said permission shall be deemed to have been issued under the corresponding provisions of these bye laws.4.2Where any building has been constructed before the notification of these byelaws with deviation of an approved plan, the provisions of old byelaws shall be insisted upon.4.3Where any building has been constructed without an approved plan, the provisions of these byelaws shall be insisted upon.
