(1)Within three months from the date of preparation of the register of Goshalas and submission of copies thereof to the Director and the Federation under Section 3, the Registrar shall issue notice by registered post to every trustee :(a)intimating the date, time and place of meeting for election of members of the Federation at least fifteen days before the date of such meeting; and(b)inviting nomination so as to reach the Registrar at least ten days before the date notified for holding the meeting of such election.
