Section 3I(1) in The Assam Agricultural Produce Market Act, 1972
(1)The Chief Executive Officer of the Board shall exercise supervision and control over the officers and staff employed by the Board and Market Committees in matters of administration, execution of works, maintenance of accounts and records of the Board and disposal of all questions relating to the service matters of the employees subject to the approval of the Chairman of the Board.
