(cxx)to exercise such other powers accorded to it and to do all such other acts and things as may be necessary, incidental or conducive to the promotion of all or any of the purposes and powers of the University aforesaid or not but not inconsistent therewith; as may be requisite to further the purposes and objects of this Act;
