Section 1 in Rajasthan Regulation of Boating Act, 1956
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Regulation of Boating Act. 1956.(2)it extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force on such [Come into force w.e.f. 9-7-1959, vide Notification No. D. 3807/F, 17(4) HB/57 dated 22-6-59 published in Rajasthan Gazette Part IV-C, Ordinary, dated, 9-7-1959.]date as the State Government may, by notification in the Rajasthan Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
