Section 50(2)(a) in Uttrarakhand Waqf Rules, 2017

(a)The Chief Executive Officer shall prepare the list of all the auqafs under the direct management of the Board for which budget for the next ensuing financial year is to be prepared under sub-rule (1) by the month of December of the current financial year in Form 19.
