(2)(a)The Chief Executive Officer shall prepare the list of all the auqafs under the direct management of the Board for which budget for the next ensuing financial year is to be prepared under sub-rule (1) by the month of December of the current financial year in Form 19.(b)The Chief Executive Officer shall direct each of the officials of the auqafs under the direct management by the Board to furnish the budget in respect of the next ensuing financial year in Form 20.
